Our Story
Not enterprise software forced into the field. Not another app that adds work instead of removing it. Something built from the ground up for the way construction actually works.
KeenSite started with a simple question: why is construction reporting still manual?
The idea came from firsthand experience by CEO Colton Breitkreuz, who previously worked in line painting, pothole repair, and snow removal. On every job, crews were required to fill out detailed reports: when they arrived, when they left, who was on site, how much material was used, and what work was completed.
Most of this was recorded hours later, from memory. This led to wasted time, missing data, billing delays, and constant back-and-forth between the field and the office.
KeenSite was built to close that gap.
By combining GPS and software, KeenSite automatically captures job activity as it happens and turns it into clean, verified records. Giving contractors real-time visibility while removing hours of administrative work each week.
The result: fewer errors, faster billing, and a system that finally matches how construction really works.
Behind the Scenes
What We Value
Every record should reflect what actually happened — not what someone remembered later.
When you can see what's happening across your sites, you can make better decisions faster.
Technology should reduce work, not create more of it. If it's complicated, it's not the answer.
Verified data builds trust — between crews, between office and field, and between you and your clients.
